Shannon Niemanis the lead pastor of Abundant Living Faith Center, a thriving multi-campus church in El Paso, Texas. She is the founder of One Sisterhood, one of the largest women’s movements in the nation, with conferences regularly drawing over 4,000 women. Shannon stepped into senior leadership after the unexpected passing of her mother—the church’s founding pastor—and simultaneously navigated a public divorce, a difficult custody process, and the restructuring of an entire church staff.
