Rob Mallan is a speaker, author, transformation coach, and TEDx organizer with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and leaders live with purpose, clarity, and impact. He is the author of Speak Your Way to Greatness and Ignite the Stage, and has worked with diverse audiences including executives, athletes, students, inmates, and community leaders.

As the organizer and curator of TEDxChannelside District in Tampa, Florida, Rob is dedicated to amplifying ideas worth spreading and creating platforms that inspire meaningful change. His work centers on empowering people to use their voice, align their lives with purpose, and lead with confidence and conviction.

Stefan Junaeus is a distinguished entrepreneur, thought leader, pastor, writer, and speaker whose work sits at the intersection of publishing, leadership development, and spiritual formation. As CEO of Signature Message LLC and Editor-In-Chief of Thought Leaders Press, Stefan helps C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders professionally publish their books, launch their author brands, and expand their industry-leading businesses.

As a leadership expert, Stefan has coached top executives at LivePerson, Fairmont Group, Industry Leaders Summit, Lead with Love, and numerous other organizations. He is the founder of Thought Leaders Network, a community of entrepreneurs and wealth creators passionate about growing in marketplace influence. Additionally, Stefan serves as Lead Pastor of Congregation Family Church in Yorba Linda, California, where he applies his vision-building principles to ministry leadership.
